Mentor/Mentee Program
It is a main objective of the Early Childhood Coalition to optimize the ECEC Workforce by offering supports to those within the ECE field. The recruitment and retention of the early childhood education and care workforce is vital to ensuring consistency and stability as children create trusting relationships that support social and emotional growth and development.
